A distribution business was processing tens of thousands of orders a month through spreadsheets, email threads, and three disconnected systems. We rebuilt it as one platform: orders flow in automatically, exceptions are classified and routed by AI, and the team only sees the cases that genuinely need a person.

To be clear about what that does and doesn’t mean: AI has not replaced engineers here. Experienced engineers still make every meaningful decision. The tooling removes most of the typing between having the idea and seeing it run, and that turns out to change what a small team can take on.
